Leadership Nandan Warnekar: Founder – CEO, Anshu Systems An electronics engineer from Nagpur University, Nandan started Anshu Systems in 2005. Have 11 year experience in handling e-learning development, software projects on Microsoft, LAMP, Java technologies. He looks after business development & relationship management, business analysis and building solution strategy. Business Networking, Functional Analysis and Solution Strategy are key strengths that he holds. He successfully took a small startup company to one of the key ITES companies in central India through his able leadership. He is a constant source of positive energy and always shown correct path to Anshu Team for making right decisions. Earlier Nandan started his career in the field of e-learning. He holds extensive experience in e-learning design and development, project management, and quality management. He has more than five years of experience in E-learning industry. He has worked at various levels including designing, Quality Assurance, Project Management. Kaushik Saha: Manager –Operations & Fulfillment Kaushik as a young electronics engineer joined Anshu in its early days in 2005. Through his ability to learn and adopt new techniques and skill to transform client requirements to the solution, he has grown to this position. He has played multiple roles in Anshu, his responsibilities includes Project Management, Resource Management, Talent Acquisition and Training.
